Cancellation Policy

What is the Cancellation Policy ?
You can cancel an order until it has been processed/dispatched from our side by simply calling us at our customer care no. +91 7030600970 or writing to silvertokri@gmail.com. Generally the dispatch happens the next day from the order date. Please cancel the order before 24 hours from placing the order.
The order cannot be cancelled if you customize a product.
 
RETURNS And REFUND
What is the Return Policy ?

We use a special transparent packaging for our products, through which you can see the product. before you peel the packaging you can return the product by contacting us.

However we do not accept returns if the transparent packaging is opened.

No returns on customized products.

Returns with no questions asked will be provided if;

a). Damaged Product from our end inside the transparent packaging,

b). Missing product in the transparent packaging

c). Different product in the transparent packaging.

No returns on damaged or tampered products by the customer.

no returns will be accepted if the part of the product is missing
No returns accepted after 7 days.

Refund will be provided with the same payment method used by the customers. In the case of COD orders we will give a bank transfer for the same.
